How do you guys choose who is a GM?

If you're no longer a GM, how come you still take on GM responsibilities, such as posting in the News & Updates section of the forums?

Are you really Talis undercover as Denia and are trying to make it seem like its a female?  (Because you two have a very similar writting style by the way.)

Denia isn't a GM in the sense that she doesn't go in game and do stuff (like events, for example). It's kinda hard to be a game master if you aren't in game. 

She still is an invaluable member of the staff, and does lots of other things.

Sorry, I've stopped to compare posts and checked on writting styles, and they seem very very very similar to me.  I had a professor in college that made us compare writtings to see the similarities, and, hey, you'd be surprised to find how many writters had two or three identities, and how some "annonymous" writters were actually very famous ones indeed...

His grammar can be horrendous though. That may be why we "sound alike." A lot of times he will send over what he has written and I mark it up/fix it and then send it back to him to post. I don't know about it being a compliment though ... he sometimes drives me up the wall

And as far as comparings posts... well, in the University, for some reason I cant connect to things like RO or even put up a webcam on MSN due to their servers blocking constant stream or someshit like that, I'm not too sure.

Either way, in order to kill time, I actually opened two tabs and read one of Denia's long posts, and one of Talis' long post (not in the updates), but one found in the Suggestions & Random Ideas (Kafra Clip, in specific) and compared it to one of Denia...
