You know if I were a GM I'd be a bitch and make you wait for months with all the topic spamming and bitching going on. But yeah, don't think the GM's are like that.

Wouldn't blame them if they were, though. >>

And yeah, like it's been said probably a dozen times already..GM's don't always read the boards, and making threads about a ticket isn't going to do a damn thing. x-X Just shut up already.

I will actually have some manners and ask you nicely to not post un my thread if you dont have anything worth being read. Also I havent disrepected anyone with foul language for you to be comming into my thread talking all that non-sence. That's it I wont stoop down to your level and disrespect you. And I wish you a Happy New Years.

ok so how am i supposed to keep this up for GM's can see it and actually do something about my Support Ticket?
This thread, whether they see it or not (and considering one has already posted in here -- Fidelis -- they have seen the thread), will in no way, shape or form influence them on when your ticket gets done. They do tickets roughly in the order they are received. GMs do not "forget about" tickets, nor do they "ignore" tickets. There are just a lot of tickets, and, considering the time of year right now, not as many getting done per day as is normal throughout most of the year.

GM Fidelis already basically said the same thing a page or so ago.  >_>

I dont want them to ignore me or leave questions unanswered like a Gm already did in game.
I don't know what the circumstances were for what happened in game, but GMs don't ignore support tickets. I know it sucks having to wait, but there really is no faster option. I mean, if making threads on the forums were a method of getting a faster reply, this forum would be a complete disaster, as it would be positively flooded with people begging to have their ticket looked at faster... That doesn't really work. They can't look to threads to determine what ticket to answer next because that would be favoritism.

I'm sorry you have to wait, and I do hope things get straightened out for you soon, but it's just the way things are. It's the only way the system works.

Well in my cousins case, the GMs had the time to ban their accounts, but hey, dont worry, if they made a mistake, let them answer in a month or so, theyll get their accounts back.

That is not fair whatsoever, and when they do answer, and they make a mistake indeed, they tell you to excuse any inconveniences. Well actually, school breaks are the only periods of time when they can play, do you think that their accounts being banned throughout these days by accident can be excused? Yeah right.

And yes we are sure they did not do anything wrong besides that problem with PayPal, but as I stated before, we have cleared out things with them.

It's a lot easier to spot ad fraud and problems with paypal then to conduct a full investigation into a banning. AnthemRO would've been notified immediately about this Pay Pal problem. Banning frauders and people messing around with illegal paypal accounts are probably a bit of a priority since they seriously and adversely effect the server.

How long did it take from when you donated to getting banned? You have to be reasonable with this stuff. There are people that were in line before you. Just because you think your's is easier to solve than their's doesn't mean you just get to jump to the head of the line.

Varis and the others have already said all this. Varis even made a freaking diagram showing how the support ticket system works. You just have to wait. It's not a perfect system and the GM's aren't gods. x_x And you say the only time you get to play RO is when you have breaks, the only time you get to have fun online, basically is when you guys are out for holidays. It's the same for the GM's. Maybe they're away visiting family or on vacation, or god forbid, having fun.

It sucks, I get it. I had to wait for just shy of six months for my support ticket to go through, and there are people who have been waiting for over a year. You just have to wait. Like a lot of us have had to.

Well my cousins got banned 1 day after they did the PayPal payment. PayPal thought that the account they were using was stolen and therefore limited, or so thats how they call it, the account making it impossible to receive or make any payments through that account. But we sent proof and PayPal mailed us back saying that everything was fine and that the PayPal account was restored back to normal. (It wasn't limited anymore).

And yeah I understand that GMs are doing their best and that they have lives too, but why ban the accounts in the first place. That is a mistake GMs did, and thus must pay the consequences of changing everything back to normal.

Also, they haven't even confirmed that the reason for the banning of the accounts was the PayPal problem indeed. So I dont even know what to think now. But I am VERY sure that they didn't do anything illegal.

If it was because of the paypal thing, it's because the money you donated was probably taken back by PayPal. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe there's a fine when that happens, but I could be wrong. If you were using a stolen account they would've gotten that notification and the money would've been taken back by paypal most likely, or at least the transaction would have been frozen. Using other people's Paypals, a stolen paypal, or credit cards that don't belong to you are basically ad fraud, which is an instant ban. The GM's couldn't know at the time it was a mistake. All they could've known, again assuming this is why you guys got banned, was that a very legitimate source said you were doing something wrong and frauding.

x_x. I have no idea if I just made sense. I should go back to bed. /heh Anyhow, good luck. If you guys really didn't do anything naughty I hope you get unbanned.
