What's this status effect?

What's the status effect that Anubis does - the one that's yellow and orange on my status column? I can't figure out what the hell it does, and I've never seen it before from any other monster. @_@

Critical Wounds-The effects of any Heals cast on the player, or recovery items consumed are reduced by some amount (in percent). The amount depends on the skill's Level.

I believe the effectiveness is reduced by half
My sanctuary only heals around 300 HP or so

No. A lot of things which are described as female-only are actually usable by anyone.

just a note, the critical wound is a 'level'd" skill, so as the 'level' of the skill goes up, it's more % so anubis' might be 50%, but don't think it'll be the same for all monsters, like Banshee etc? :3

Well i havent tried with Anubis but with Banshee my Heals,heal for half there normal rate so there 50% too >.<

 I didn't notice a difference with banshees, meat spam seemed as effective as ever.
The sword guardians in thor are another story, spammed through 120 cookies like they were meats. The meats didn't seem as if they were healing at all.
