Muted for no reason?

I just got a 720mute for no reason s:
I've only used the chara twice and um, it's really random.
I wasn't streetchatting, I've never made a streetchat and I've only used the char on 2 occasions and I'm pretty sure I've never KSed someone accidentally either of those times!
Umm, is there anyway to appeal this? I wanted to lvl my aco and now I have to sit there for 715mins... x:

If you place your vend within 5 spaces of the NPC, it is considered NPC blocking. I made that error once.

I haven't made a chat in Alberta or Prontera or Payon.
(I don't remember, at least... But as I said I've only really logged this char for the second time, today)
So I can't see how I could have blocked an NPC.

i know you wood think if a GM mutes you thay to shuld have pic of you doing it if we need all the info on a nother player lotting ksing and so on we need proof so i think if you get muted you shuld get and email of what way and pic of you doing what got you muted buy the GM that muted you and if its and auto mute thin a GM shuld look in to all auto mutes too. we all have an email account with are players so way not

don't you think this would cause the GMs to have to take twice as long to get their work done.. since now they have to send out an email with every mute?
