If it gives half of the gypsies/clown's stat to the target, does it only give the BASE stat? or the total stats counting kaho and equip bonuses?

it only works for the gypsies base stats and wont raise the target's stats over 99
best would be to reset stats, marionete then add the stats you want ~nyo^^
