well you have to do quests in order to be able to go to the abby.

you need to do the lost child quest->rachel sanctuary quest -> veins siblings quest -> finally the st.abby quest where you gain access about halfway through the quest

Flee. Lots and lots of flee. I generally would go in there with upwards of around 300 flee, and then just be careful about luring out 1-2 mobs at a time so I don't get overwhelmed. It's one of my favorite leveling spots for both my combo champ and my assassin.

I should clarify, though, that the 3rd floor kicks my ass. I pretty much just stick with the first floor, and sometimes invade the 2nd floor.

In the Abyss? Yeah, they can hit pretty damn hard (they are dragons afterall - they should hit hard). As far as SW and such, as I said above, I was using a champ and an assassin, so those aren't options.

I managed to get to the third floor on the test server once and then died when I got in, but I saw you on the second floor just before the 3rd's portal, and you healed me. I wanted to say thanks but you moved away too quickly. So I'm saying it now, thanks 8D

haha cool. No problem. I always heal and/or give random buffs to people that float by me unless they do something to not deserve it.

I was able to handle level 3 solo on my champ for a little bit since I was uber-equipped with all the best gear, but the MVP was still way out of my league. Maybe if I'd been in a spirit build, but not with combos... @_@
