...reach lv. 99 with a Lv. 98 hunter at 50.8%, getting an LH3 leech?

Depends on the leecher, how well they can Lh3, and if they have quad dracs or not

Without dracs, it'll probably take you ABOUT 2-3 sessions.
With dracs, should be 1. 

... I could leech you, WITH dracs.  1.6m + 2.3k Gj per session XD.  Full SP = not how I roll.  My asuras at half SP kill everything. XD
