Do we have a Card or any Item Type in our server that Decreases cast delay... or do we always have to bring a bard/dancer or their rebirths around? =P

nothingy yet .-. the new episode introduces a few items that reduce it but they're curently being balanced by the gms, dunno if they drop ingame yet alltough id guess not ~nyo^^

idk if reduction cast delay is kinda broken...because the % is not that high(i only know kiel card reduce 30% cast delay slot in headgear)

yeah i guess it won't be implemented... i believe we are promoting TEAMWORK in our server (which is good) that's why most of the cards like that of kiel will never be implemented. Besides the harder it is to go solo in PvM the better, for one will require a party to go PvM which in turn will eventually bring more players to our server. ^_^

tee hee hee. yeah... the GTB days... well got tired of it... after i've made my hunter from level 35 to 99 there and my wiz from level 80 to 94 and my bard from level 45 to 94... i still don't have the GTB card. I have a bunch of Golden Bell, Golden Mace[1], Golden Gear, Ora-Ora, Seal4 instead... like Hunderds of them, which is hard to sell and keep in the inventory because they take too much space... =P

Doesn't Aspd help with this? My HP friend uses a DDDropDrop Rod, and she can spam Holy Light and Heal way faster than I can.

i think its just the animation of the spell though...

the only thing i know is robe of cast, reduces 3% cast delay.

ASPD means Animation speed delay. So if you have 190 ASPD the animation of your character moves faster, which gives you slightly faster spamming ability on skills with no cooldown I.E  Holy light, hence there exists the term "190 ASPD spammable". However it doesn't decrease after cast delay. With aRO's current episode there are two items decreasing Delay. Kiel card and Sniping suit.

Whow i do hope they'd implement any of the two... /slur ^_^ or as i've been reading the reviews regarding the card implementation i do hope they'd at least make kiel a nerf... like instead of 30% reduction make it 15%, 10% or whatever nerf...
