But uh, I don't really see what that link has to do with this. Back to the question;
yes... if you use the Config of the MirAI program.
Just don't hack it and make it auto-feed your homun, or anything like that.

the link is about modding mirAI so that it will cast waterball instead of firebolt if i equip a drake main gauche and go to a map that has lots of water for me to stand on.

is this legal?
