Anthem patcher virus?

I used to click anthem patcher when i wanna play Aro. then yesterday AVG say there virus in anthem.exe, then I click patcher but it doesnt go to login screen. I have to click anthem.exe to play, then my screen is blurring there lines everywhere. anyone having same problem with me or maybe i should bought new monitor. either way its sucks.
the question where should I download he patcher thank you.

I had the same problem with AVG in my office computer. I let AVG heal/remove the "corrupted" exe. After that all was again ok and the patcher also worked as it should. So I think that I had there two anthem.exe and the other one was clean. AVG has had this kind of problems before with all ragnarok.exe files.
