Wondering whether or not we can make elven ear[1] yet, since it's been a while after we got the item in the item shop.

Many people have been saying B> Elven Ear [1] and i actually saw one before.

But I'm not sure whether or not we can amke it yet xD

Maybe check the NPC in the prontera Job changer place.
