something is wrong with my Gypsy

Well my Gypsy job exp only 43 and she had like overwhelming job skill points..and i couldn't up any of her Gyps skills becuz of the skill points

Put skill points to dancer skills equal to the amount before you changed to gypsy first.

Try to use all the skill points you got from Archer High on Archer skills first before you adding Gypsy skills.

i already put all the dancer skill points and i still had like 75 left i maxed all the dancer skills already

try to relog first.

or maybe you forgot to use your archer skills first before investing on your gypsy skills.

i relog for few times it still same should i sent a support ticket?

not possible. what is the current job level of your gypsy? trans classes as well have a maximum of 69 job points if it reaches the maximum job level of 70. 75 means you still have some job points reamaining as an archer. lets say you change at job level 42 from archer to gypsy,.  you need to spend that 42 job points first before you can invest to your gypsy skills.

well my Gypsy is 76 lv i change her at job 50..and i max even arrow shower till 10and all the skills for archer i still had 75 skills points left im not lying and im unable to invest gypsy skills

so as an archer you have:

 Owl's Eye 10 / 10   
 Vulture's Eye 10 / 10   
 Improve Concentration 10 / 10   
 Double Strafing 10 / 10   
 Arrow Shower 9 / 10

if thats not your build skill set,. try to reset it and follow that. afterwards, try investing for the gypsy skills. hope it works.
