is there some reason i get disconnected from the server?

i was going to prison on my high acolyte and it wouldn't load and now its not letting me get passed the character select screen, i choose my high aco and it says "disconnected from server"...the last time i ran the patcher was this morning.

im still having problem to connect to niff
