Is it possible to recover a Hylozoist tame?

Allright... here's what happened... after working my fingers off to the bone I finally lucked out and won the ultimate prize in the Halloween event - the hylozoist tame item.

Then as soon as I went to tame one and clicked, boom it was gone. No tame, no hylozoist.

BECAUSE THE CURSOR WAS BOUNCING WILDLY!

Eh... easy come easy go I suppose... except it wasnt that easy I had to do the Halloween quest three times already...

So my question is, do you think its possible to recover the hylozoist via support ticket? I mean, its not like I lost it because I was a douche and didnt feed it, or some stupid reason like that. Its not my fault that THE CURSOR WAS BOUNCING WILDLY when I tried to target the hylozoist. I tested it by trying to tame other aggressive monsters, and never again did I see the cursor bounce wildly like that. It must have been some sort of glitch - right?

In any case I already submitted the support ticket and I'm checking every 15 minutes to see if the GMs have responded to it - I guess I'm just posting this to get some feedback on the issue, maybe if somebody tells me the tame is recoverable I might be able to get to sleep...

because if GM can track back if u use the item..no problem
the thing is people might just drop it to their friends and just send ticket to get a new 1

The GM's have some mysterious power that enable them to see when an item is dropped on the ground... they can pretty much trace all items... its more of a matter of whether I deserve to have the pet back - cause I figure if someone starved their pet they cant recover it... but in this case it wasnt even my fault, it was THE CURSOR BOUNCING WILDLY that threw my aim off as I was clicking at the hylozoist - not my mouse mind you (my aim was true), the in-game cursor acting erratically for some reason (a glitch?).

I dont mind paying an item recovery fee of course, nor waiting any length of time, but it sure would chill me out if someone could tell me the item was recoverable. I'm pretty sure this is a unique case in the history of ARO. I wonder, the others who got hylozoist pets, did their cursors BOUNCE WILDLY like this? got to ask around...

To answer this shortly. As a "other who got Hylozoist pet tamer", my cursor didn't bounce wildly.

Man, I was so nervous when I got mine. When I went to Skellington with my friend, just to catch him. I waited 3mins until I could get it right, I didn't want to make any mistakes. And the fact that item is HYLOZOIST tame and the monster is HIEROZOIST slightly confused me. But I successfully managed to catch it.

I hope that you get your Hylozoist tame item back.
