A question about adoption

They say that a parent and a child can exp share as long as the parent is above level 70.

So I have two questions

1. Does that mean if the parent transcends then they can't share exp again until the parent reaches 70?

2. Does the exp share apply to the spouse as well?

It can be one parent.
Both parents does not have to leech together to leech the kid.
But yea you need to be on the same map.
