job change quest

Is the job change quest in this server working? I'm just feeling bored and wanted to try something like the real server job change quest.

Some of them work, IIRC almost all second jobs change quests dont work, for example you can still go to prontera church to job change to a Priest but there is no quest involved, you just directly get changed to Priest, which is lame,
