Help please

Hi My friend is trying to log in one of my account and i forgot to tell him that i changed the pass, I think he messed up when im trying to log in back again it says "FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER" for some reason i dont know why can some one help me please

yes i did, I was using it before i told him to use it, and my other character is fine exept for this one

That usually happens if your not patched, but there are problem more reasons, am not an expert XD
