If you are scammed or have your items stolen, report the incident immediately through the Support Ticket System.  If you do not make a report within 24 hours, we may not be able to help you.

From item vending rules, but still, you can open a support ticket and hope for the best?

Didn't you make a thread about dropping your..uh, wasn't an SQI or something really expensive like that? Can't remember. If you did, link it in your thread. Might be a bit of help, though I don't know. Good luck Ponk.

You can send a support ticket first and then pay the item recovery fee when you have the ads 

By the time it is solved, you prolly have enough, or more, to pay.

Let's say, if you accidentally dropped the item, and it simply disappeared, okay, but if it had been picked up by someone who refused to return it, and afterwards sold it, and the new owner sold it again, and so on, phew @_@ ... for the future, please keep in mind to send in a ticket as soon as you lose the item!

Even if you don't have the ads yet for a recovery, send in a ticket. The item will most likely be traded to a GM character, and in case of a recovery with a fee involved, it will be returned to you.
