Uh She proved her point by putting a weapon on idiot. By putting a weapon on and the higher your attack speed the harder it is to get another point of attack speed. At 185 atk speed you need like 10 agi and 10-15dex to get to 187. So yes the special effect of the bunny hat may indeed be adding a +2 to your atk speed good job Serid ;D
