You'll need to be more specific, but if what you mean is; you were sharing an account with someone and that someone got the account banned. Then yes, the account is banned forever. Its the risk you took for sharing with someone else :(

hm... I just was ON nothing happened all was ok then suddenly i got dc
i wanted to log in but Game Masters blocked account.
The GM's said to me that i have to stop giving others my acc
and now i got blocked for share my acc with my bro.

It could be that your brother broke the rules while on your account. If you give your account information to ANYONE, you are held 100% liable for whatever happens on that account. Ie. If someone bots on your account, you yourself will face all of the consequences.

If you are still unsure as to why your account may have been banned, I recommend submitting a support ticket with the character/account name of whatever has been banned.
