Go to payon, a bit south, and then enter the house you see behind the upgrade npcs.

If you don't care about the slots, follow bensei's advice (NPC version of Gakkung).  If you do care about the slot, search Pront (Monster Drop Gakkung).  (Just my thoughts)

go to payon city the place where u go to upgrade there inside a building u will find it for  i think [38k]
