If you are non-trans(like priest, bs, sin, etc), you'll usually hit your max job 50 in your high 80's
When you trans, and hit 99, you still have to level your job to 70
So you can be like me with a high priest who is lvl 99 at job 65
It's just slow leveling but you are getting job exp when you hit 99 as a trans
