Executioner Card?

Is it implemented?
Is the only way to get it by killing Executioner, since the item shop doesn't hold it, or would a spend credit request be usable to get it?
What would its price in zeny be?

I want it if not too expensive.  D:

naw, not necessarily.


People charge a ton for Tirfing cards, yet they're 10 ads.

Alot of people either don't know you can get it from the shop via spend credit, or try to bank on the fact that people don't know about it.
