Of these six stats, I'd say only two, just two are going to be beneficial most of the time. STR and VIT. Don't even bother saying crit. Since celebs are universal, I'm talking universal here too! 
DEX. As an LK, I was able to reach 310 HIT without a phree.
AGI. Lol, flee Lord Knight.
LUK. Crit, but you're going to get two celebs just for crit?
INT. Grape Juice.
Congratulations, you just spent 70mil on two pieces of gear that add an extra break point and maybe 2k HP.
Now, you could be helping out a bit more by guarding a chokepoint with a sight clip, but you're just too cool for school cause you have them awesome celebs! ;Da
Of course, if you have all the gear you could ever want, then go ahead, get yourself a pair of celebs, go nuts. But for somebody like
Holy Light, who can't even afford a nib yet, they're the most useless things in the world.
DLs. Wind Marc. Toad. GTB. A status armor. Ghostring. All of them > Celebs.
And then, you start saving for nib. Celebs should be the last thing on any person's list.

but it is still usable right? i didnt say to get celeb 1st while other gear is more important
and if he get all the basic gear needed for woe and the final weapon is nib - u need around 170m to make 1
if he feel he want's more str and more stat
why dont he just buy celeb in a mean while he collect nib fund?then just sell that back

luck also help in decreases the duration time for certain Status Ailments like curse,poison, External Bleeding [Not Implemented Yet] ,Stone Curse and stun,

I believe its like regular defense. base mdef and int mdef. base mdef reduces it by a % while int reduces it by a total. So if you have 1000 matk and you attack something with 50% base mdef and 100 int mdef, the 1000 damage would first be reduced by 500 or 50% and then again by 100 total for 400 total damage per bolt.
so celeb does help a bit right?
until u get enough zeny..then just sell that celeb
and now i wanna know..what other accessory is worth it other than rosary?
i dont think berz help much for knight
