Wth I can't log on.

I keep being told as I input my password that I am still recognized online, and so I went and changed my pass as it wouldn't let me on.  Didn't work, It still gives me the "Your acct is still recognized online".  Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Me and my boyfriend had this problem too.
At first i thought my computer was playing up but I guess it's the sever thats playing up not my pc.
