Still Can't log in!!

Me and my boyfriend have both tried to log in RO for the last hour and it's still saying...
"sever still recognises last log in please try in a few minutes"

Is this happening alot? Or is it just mine?

In a way I'm glad to here that it's not my computer that is playing up.
But it is still rather anoying that it's not working.
