how do u save the F12 thing and keep your skill there and when u exit to window and log back in and it's still there.

Is there a Shortcuts folder in your RO folder (i.e. C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO)? If yes, delete the files inside (do not delete the folder!), patch the Anthem client, start the game and set some hotkeys, log out, relog and check if they stay. If you don't have such a folder, create one and patch your Anthem client nonetheless!

its supposed to be empty untill you set your skills
