Ah, there's the key - it happens on the new slots (4 and 5). Apparently this problem was encountered before, and the solution was sent to the users via PM?
Problem described exactly like yoursAnyways, perhaps a GM wiill respond and send you the solution. In the meantime, are you sure you have the latest client version? I don't know if this problem has been fixed or not (I haven't encountered it, but I haven't done much of anything with the new slots yet) but make sure you have the latest patches, etc. (run the patcher!) You could also try downloading the client directly from
here, or try running the cleaner if you're using Vista (
here). If you end up trying several of these, try running the patcher after each other thing you try.
edit: Also, if you can do this:
Right click on the file Anthem.dll in your RO folder, click properties, and tell me the version number of the file.
it might make it easier to figure out what the problem is (for example if you have an outdated version). Once again, note the number before and after everything you try involving patching or downloading a new client, that will help you know when things are actually changing.
edit: Assuming this is the same problem as yours, just patching should do the trick of your client is outdated.
