Just wondering if Item Recovery is still up?

I was gonna put in a ticket for Item Recovery for a ticket I've had in for like a month or so.. I didn't put ads in it cause i was asking if i needed to pay ads for the situation.. But, now I'm just like screw it, I'll just put in the ads.. Although the items shop and stuff aren't up, does that mean Item Recovery is down too?

i think u can still send support ticket about it
but it will take like 6month to 1 year to retrieve back :x

hey quit ragging on the gm's. it's not like they have unlimmited income like IRO and WoW. they do a good job for what they do.

and i bet not a one of you has even hosted a server this size.

im not really meant it to ragging gm
but i did told the truth because item recovery take times(because there's lilke hundreds of ticket unsolved..i guess)
and they really are busy with bugs and new updates
