Help!I can't double login.

My computer got virus yesterday,so i format it.
After i format my computer, i can't double login anthemro. :'(
I don't know why...After i press Alt+Tab and open the game window again then the whole screen become black. :'(
Can anyone help me please?

If you're playing full-screen, try taking it off, and then try to dual client.
