Skill bar problem

Every time I try to put something into the quick bar(or whatever you call it, I'm not sure on the name) the game freezes and I get disconnected. This has only started happening since the update. Whats wrong?

1. Delete your Shortcuts folder and created a new one (in your RO folder)
2. http://zapbomb.googlepages.com/Anthem.dll <--download and place it into your RO folder.
3. Install mini patch http://72.55.188.250/installer/QuickPatch%2020080913.exe
4. Run AnthemPatch

After deleting the first folder, right click inside of the RO folder, New > New Folder.
