Question about support ticket

I made a support ticket about account retrieval, and GM Denia answered it quickly and it was marked "Closed by GM".

So my question is: If I update that ticket, will I get an answer on the updated part, or GMs wont even look at it because it was "Closed"?

If you reply to a closed ticket, it will be re-opened. So yeah, we will be able to read your update.
