In the majority of cases the item used to craft arrows is worth more then the arrows themselves, so no it wouldn't be profitable.

If you're farming items to turn them into arrows for money, just sell the items without crafting. Seriously if you do the math most of the time you'd have to sell the arrows for ridiculous amounts and anyone who truly wanted said arrows would just hunt them themselves because most of the items are super easy to get.

You'd probably sell a few if they were status arrows or ones that are annoying to farm but it's still not worth it. Also if you ever do this put them into quivers, it's just so much better when they're in quivers.

Just double click the quiver and it turns into 500 arrows or just hotkey it and press the appropriate F button.
