Spend Credit and Support ticket question

Does it usually take 48 something hours and waiting to get a simple name change ? But get you're support ticket answered about a divorce in like a mater of hours. Wouldn't it make sense to prioritize requests that involve players spending Ads/Money first. Or are we talking apples and oranges here ?

I think they put the limit at 48hrs (for name change) and then you can send a support ticket after that asking why it's taking so long =/
but as eimi said, they've got a lot to do right now so just give it a few more days
