im new to Ro.i started a new char and got him to lvl 10. now i cant seem to find the job adv npc.can someone tell me where it is?

In the middle circle in Prontera, go into the bottom left building according to your mini map.

There will a lady holy a pizza or plate or something, and be called Job Changer NPC.  Talk to her.
