Need help patching sakray!

Well the site is my freinds, and i've always been able to get on it, just that the past few months i couldn't get on it, so i asked my freinds and they said that its not down and they could get on it. so ever since then, i cant get on it. Except that one day, it was like 2 days ago a miracle happened and i found out that i could get on it and then next day it continued ._.

Clear your cache and your cookies.

Should be somewhere under properties.  If you can't find it, post what web browser you're using.

I cleared everything and tried going on the website but it still doesn't work.

Im using Internet Explorer

On XP, go to start, then run, and type in CMD.
On Vista, go under accessories, and find command prompt.  Make sure to run as an administrator.


When you're on there, without the quotes, type in "ping www.newslobster.com"

Tell me the packets sent, received, and lost.

Packets: Sent = 4, Recieved = 0, Lost = 4 (100% Loss)

Alright, so your Vista is doing the same thing mine does.

Uhm, what virus/firewall/whatever protection do you have?

Well i have windows firewall and i used to have norton antivirus but it expired and now i just use windows defender.

When i try to get on the website this is what it says:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
   
   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

     Diagnose Connection Problems

Completely uninstall Norton Antivirus if you haven't already.

Go into CMD / Command Prompt, and type this in

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

See if that works.

It sed DLL Register server in urlmon.dll succeeded

You should be able to access the site now.  Restart windows first.

>_< doesnt work. Its odd, the website used to work for me, but then it stopped. It's not like i changed any internet settings or anything.

The more odd thing is that when it stopped working for me, like few weeks later the website worked for 1 day, then the next day it stopped again.

shdocvw, msjava, and i think shell didn't work but the others succeeded
