Shurikan Ninja build?

I am not entirely sure what build to use for this type of class. I dont know which Shurikan damage is based off of primarly. I know with slingers their dmg is based on their Dex. Is it the same for the Shurikan ninja?

No lol I am going to be a shurikan based Ninja meaning they are my prime offense, I do not know what the shurikans damage are based off of, Like for gunslingers their damage is based on their dex stat. Are shurikans based on Dex aswell or are they strength. I dont know how to raise my stats to make my shurikans do top damage.

im guessing its str/attack dmg based since a shuriken weapon does melee attacks but u can always reset stats and see which one affects it
