By ID, do you mean password?

To change your forum account password, go to Profile --> Account Related Settings, and you can change your password there.
To change your in-game account password, go to the AnthemRO website (http://www.anthemro.com) --> Edit Account. You will then need to log into the account you want to modify, and you can change the password there.
