could someone pls point me in the right direction or give me some info on how to refine an item?

Go to the building that is south-east of the fountain in Prontera. The NPC's there can refine things for you.

you can do Refiment Wepons with a White Smith, and you can also go to Pront, near the Flags up of Pront, in the right direction is a house, there you can upgrade all, and on Payon down, there are 3 mans, talk to them and you wil see, and, the int are, umm, Oridecon for Lv 4 Wepon, Eluminuim for Armors,Garments,Shoes, i forgot what i need for Headgear,
