I never understood.. when the description says
-30% Damage to Demi-Human, Emperium, and Castle Gaurdians

Does that mean "Minus" 30%?

It does. It means you'd do 30% less damage on those than a normal defence piercing attack (i.e. a crit hit)

actualy it does 30% less damage than you would on lets say a plant? monster since ice pick doesnt just pierce defence but damages more on higher defence .-. ~nyo^^

Ah yeah... you're right.
I haven't used my IP in ages, so I'm not 100% sure on the description...
Maybe I should just sell it... it's like +6 as well
