A Temp Ban should be lifted within a week or two, according to the length of the ban.
If you got banned for botting, scamming, repeated rule breaking, it might be a permanent ban, thus forever.
If you feel like you got banned for no real reason, or if your temp ban hasn't been lifted, send in a support ticket (
http://www.anthemro.com/support/ ) to ask about the ban and maybe appeal.
EDIT: Just looked at your other post, you have scammed someone (you even said you
stole two accounts). Seriously, you're banned permanently. <_<
