Client problem

Whenever I start the game, it doesn't show the skills in the skill slots (You know, those f1-f10 skills) always gone when I close the client. And also the chat box is slightly below the normal place, I always adjust it :/ and another thing is, anything on my skill slot 1 character slot 1 also affects skill slot 1 character slot 2. Any tips to fix this?

Create a folder called "Shortcut" within your RO folder, start the game, put your hotkeys into the F1-F9 bar, close everything, restart, and see if it works.
