Gunslinger - Spheres

I'm a little curious about spheres
cause I've read that you can create your own spheres
but I'm confused as to how
or is this option disable and we can only buy spheres from the gun shop?

"-Spheres- Come in Fire, Water, Wind, Dark, and Poison elements, add 50atk, and are specially made from unique parts at the Gunslinger Guild. Parts include 1 Phracon, 1 Emveratarcon, and a set of: 2 Burning Heart (Fire), 3 Cyfar (Wind), 2 Brigan (Water), 5 Squid Ink (Dark), 10 Venom Canine (Poison). Each set of parts makes 30 of a sphere type.  Spheres are 0.5 each in terms of weight."
