voting???

If i have two different computers with different Internet service providers can i use both to vote? (for the same account). I mean is it allowed or is it a punishable offence or is it something else? I have never tried doing that because i want to make sure it's allowed...

And is it allowed for two different accounts? Because If it is, then can my brother vote for his account and can i vote for mine? (on different pcs)

one person may only have one forum account :3 and the voteing cooldown isnt by ip but by forum account so wherever u go with ur account u still have the same cooldown
ur brother if real :3 and is on a different provider/ip thingy could have his own account i supose? sounds wierd to me tough ~nyo^^

From my experience, voting has 2 cool downs. One for the forum account and another for the IP address. So with those two different IPs and accounts, you and your brother should be able to vote individually.

Furthermore, it really shouldn't be illegal since you are using 2 different IPs with 2 different forum accounts belonging to 2 different people.

Its as if you have a friend at his place with his own account/IP voting for AD then he transfers the AD to your account, perfectly alright as I see it. If that's why your asking about the 2 different IP/Acc.

The cooldown is by forum account and IP is completely meaningless, however if a IP you use votes on a different forum account before the cooldown expired, it could be seen as fraud.

We try to judge each case as fair as possible, so we do reviews of each case. A false positive is extremely unlikely.

Of course there are some cases who have 5 different accounts voting via proxies and sending all the cash to a single account. These guys get banned very quickly for vote fraud.

For any future ad frauder: We have automated detection layers in work which compare all transaction by several different criteria. This ranges and encompasses many different things, IPs is just one small fraction of it. So I would recommend you don't.

But yah, as long as its just one account, its fine. 

I don't know if it would still count as fraud if your "brother" votes from a different IP with a different forum account.
It will DEFINITELY look like fraud if he sends the ad credits to your forum account...

Honestly, I wouldn't do it. It's not really worth the few cents.
