Im Not Sure But I Think Only Alchemists Can.They Have A Skill Called Homonculus (I Think) That Hatches A Special Egg (Embryo) And Those Pets Can Attack. Most Of These Alchemists Are In Payon Dungeon And Theyre Normally afk.
Those players are usually botters.
If you find these kind of players in the futures, ask them some simple
questions.
If you suspect it's a botter, take a few screen shots and send in a support ticket.

I go AFK while leaving my Lif in Payon or Orc Dungon, depending how long I'm gonna be afk. :/
There IS a programme that allows your Homoculus to attack anything, however this programme is allowed and isn't against the rules.
How can the player ask questions if they're AFK?
Not everyone who has a homoculus and let's it attack freely is a bot. You should consider re-wording that or loads of people are gonna be suspected.
