Im a lvl 63/39 gunslinger and i want to no where i should train
i want to lvl up 5 lvls so i can butcher.

Maybe before going to Skellington and mobbing there, you should at first go to Glastheim Prison and gain some levels there, either via Bullet Showering single Zombies, or via mobbing and Desperados-ing their rotten faces.

But I doubt it will be as fast as Prison, since Skellington is full of fast monsters, so as a low level char, you will die very very fast, even when having high end gear.
If you're going to kill single monsters, Prison is better in terms of exp. Maybe with a tank, Skellington + Desperados would work, or when KSing.. but we all know that's against the rules up there.
