Eye of Dullahan

I am making a belmont, and I was looking around RMS to see where I could dig up an Eye of Dullahan, and according to RMS only OVBs drop them.  I was just wondering if holds true for Anthem or can I obtain them from another source?

Most of the time RMS is correct for anthem, I just did a quick search and couldn't find anything else.

According to rms its an accessory that does nothing >< unless I'm blind, which is probably true.  Seeing as how I am probably blind, I did not see the eye of dully anywhere in the item shop. . .

Ohhh, I see. . .I could jam up the tickets more or just have an ovb party. . .after I acquire them XD. . . decisions, decisions . . .Anyway the eye of dully is probably the most annoying sqi ingredient that i've run across so far.
