i was banned 5 months ago and GM Talis hasn't gotten back to my support ticket.
I had read somewhere on this site that a guy had gotten banned and it had been 9 months until he made a post about it.
Its sad because I've been waiting so patiently and am running out of hope.
So people share your stories and hopefully GMs might hear our call for help

Talis almost never answers a support ticket.
Most likely you will be answered by adrift, though ban appeals take longer then item recovery tickets.
