I have the BlackSmith DILDO FAGGINS.
Look at the screenshots.

Here is what I said:

This guy rotated his screen so that my shop was in front of the NPC, and I still was not even blocking the NPC. As you see in the 3rd screen shot I returned the next day in the same spot with the default camera angle, totally not blocking any NPC.

Obviously this guy is looking for attention, calling out people who are doing nothing wrong. Look at the screen shots and you will see that nobody else would of had this problem except for this one person who found the one camera angle where my shop blocked a small portion of the NPC, where the character could easily still click on the NPC.

In that case there should be more people getting muted. Have you ever gone to Payon dungeon? Alberta? Payon?

Anyways that rule is kind of bull, me being 3 tiles away from an NPC will not affect other people's game play and my shop was NOT in the way of any NPC unless somebody tried to rotate their screen so it would sort of block a portion of the NPC.

And if that rule does stand why didn't this girl get muted?

That case was similar to mine.

It is sad that people try to make others look bad so they can get them muted. That is pathetic.

GMs I know you deal with alot of bullshit but why did you instantly reply to my forum topic? Shouldn't you be doing like, you know.. never mind. I don't want to get in deeper shit than I already am.

I dont care I'll serve my mute and what not...

I still think that that rule is ridiculous since only one person in the whole game had a problem with my vending.

Anyways I was looking for what players thought of this, and where am I left of now? Two GMs respond telling my I'm wrong, which the rules say I am, but rules were made to be redefined and amended so people don't get fucked over. Now nobody will take my side seeing that the GMs have voted against me and no one dares stand against a GM. So now my forum topic has become useless, so thanks.

I had a friend who was muted twice because he didnt know the rules.

I personally couldnt care less if the streets were covered with merchs trying to sell their goods as I'm desperately trying to make my way to Kafra through all the misery and squalor.

First off, I'm not a GM. The only GM that has replied in this thread is Denia, and only once. I'm a forum moderator, and have absolutely no powers in game.

Secondly, the reason you got muted and some other people have not is probably because somebody reported you, and nobody has reported these other people. It's not because anybody is picking on just you. The GM's aren't omniscient, and don't see every single street vendor/chatter or NPC-blocker that comes along every hour of every day. They only see what's there when they log in, or what people report on the forums or in support tickets.

Thirdly, the street vending/chatting and NPC-blocking rules are not the kind of rules that need to be "redefined or amended." They are precise, well-defined, and easily understood if you take the time to actually read them. The only way to get "fucked over" by them is if you didn't read them, and ignorance is not an excuse here any more than it is in real life.

I am in NO way blocking ANY NPC. The rule is not precise as you have explained it to be because I am doing nothing wrong. Who would complain that I am blocking the NPC, when my vend is totally not blocking the NPC. Sure, that is a mighty fair rule, very precise, and of course does not need to be changed. Whatever you say...

If I am "ignorant" for not reading the rules, I'm pretty sure that half of the server or more is "ignorant" for not reading these rules, because I am pretty sure that the majority of players do not take the time to read the rules. If you really do want every player to read the rules, I suggest that a novice island is made with an NPC that warps you to prontera that forces you to walk through the rules before being able to warp since the current method is not completely effective. Perhaps no GM has the time to add such a feature, which I know would be a bit much to ask, but in this case, you will have to deal with many players not knowing the rules.

Its because you were in like a "close up" so the shop doesn't look like it's blocking the npc.  If you were to zoom out a bit it would be blocking it.
