= S, the maths ain't too hard if you've got a calculator . . .

Original price times by the percentage = discount
Minus the discount from the original price, and you've got the new price = D

So $10 item x 20/100 = 2
10 - 2 = 8

A $10 item, will now be $8, for a limited time only as Shane has already said = D
